Lady Wolves Softball Camps
Billy Glasscock, Assistant Coach
The 2008 season marks Billy Glasscock’s second season as assistant softball coach.
In his first season, Coach Glasscock helped lead the Lady Wolves softball team to a 21-27 overall record and a second place N4C conference finish with an 11-5 record. Joliet received Region IV championship runners-up after dropping an 8-7 decision to the College of DuPage.
Coach Glasscock attended Bloomington High School in Bloomington, IL where he played football and baseball in the highly competitive Big 12 conference. He received all-conference honors in baseball his junior and senior year and his senior season of football. Billy then went on to play baseball and football for Joliet Junior College. He was a hard-hitting outfielder for JJC Director of Athletics Wayne L. King, Jr. Glasscock received Region IV championship MVP honors his sophomore baseball season.
Billy earned his associate degree from Joliet Junior College. He is employed as a full-time assistant football and softball coach for JJC.
